Prices
- All prices are starting prices and are inclusive of interiors and GST, unless stated otherwise on the page.
- Registration, stamp duty and other statutory charges are extra.
- Prices, payment plans and offers can change without notice.
- The final price for a specific home is the one confirmed in writing by our sales team at the time of booking. That figure prevails over anything shown here.
Availability
Availability shown on this site is updated from our records and is indicative. A home shown as available may be booked by someone else before you complete a booking. Availability is confirmed only when a booking is made.
Images, plans and specifications
- Renders, photographs and walkthroughs are artistic impressions. Finishes, furniture and landscaping shown may not form part of the home.
- Floor plans and areas are indicative and subject to construction tolerance and approval by the relevant authorities.
- Amenities are as per the approved plans and may be delivered in phases. Specifications may be substituted with items of equivalent or better quality.
- Travel times and distances are indicative and depend on traffic.
RERA
All our projects are registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Registration numbers are shown in the footer of this website and are available at rera.karnataka.gov.in. Please rely on the RERA registration for project details.
Your enquiry
When you submit a form you agree that our team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry — including where your number is on a Do Not Disturb register. Your details are handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
